Myrtle Beach Bike Week Toys For Tots Rally For The Rugrats Guinness Book of World Record Ride

(I-Newswire) April 19, 2010 - Come join the festivities and be part of breaking a Guinness Book of World Record for the most Harley Davidson motorcycles in a single ride during the Myrtle Beach Spring Rally. Proceeds from this event will benefit The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation along with The Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund. We invite all motorcyclists to this event only Harley's will be counted for the World Record.


Mr. Heath Scurfield, a captain with Horry County Fire / Rescue, has owned the themed Calli Bakers Firehouse since 2005. In years past, we have held golf tournaments and been a drop off location for The Toys For Tots Foundation. We saw this as an awesome opportunity to be part of something unique and support two very worthwhile charities"

Mr. Scurfield said, "Calli Bakers moved from their original building into a new venue July 2008. Originally we were located on Lake Arrowhead road, and moved to our current location next to the Myrtle Beach Mall in July of 2008. We had outgrown our first building and wanted to expand, giving our customers a more enjoyable experience. Bike week 2010 is going to be a catalyst for our business and growth. I feel that this is the opportunity that many business owners have waited for. It is time to let all the visitors to the Myrtle Beach area know that there is more to this vacation destination than the city of Myrtle Beach. There are many attractions outside the City limits that look forward to them visiting weather they be a biker during a bike rally or a family on their summer vacation. We welcome all visitors year round, and I hope to make this event a memorable one that participants will remember for years.

We will be serving food along with drink specials and entertainment during registration and the post rally party.

We will be announcing shortly the route for the ride, where the rally start and end points are.
