MSi Learning Center Goes Live

The Learning Center has been divided into four sections: Case Studies, Photo Gallery, Video Gallery, and FAQs.

The Case Studies section provides clients with real test reports from the MSi records, while maintaining strict client confidentiality. These case studies assist the new clients who need to investigate a failure or understand a new test method. The case studies also serve as a resource for students and engineers who want to know more about a specific metallurgical issue.

The Photo Gallery section carries pictures of the MSi lab departments and staff members. It is helpful for clients who have routine interaction with the MSi staff, even if they may never get to meet face-to-face. The Photo Gallery regularly updates photographs from metallurgical failure analysis projects.

The Video Gallery section supports the engineers and sales staff. They are able to walk a client through a metallurgical test method at a clear visual level. And the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section of the MSi Learning Center addresses all the common questions that clients may face. If the Video section’s aim is at explaining the test methods, then the FAQs section addresses the client queries at a more specific level. It is an ever-expanding learning tool with a mission to address the maximum possible client issues in a clear and concise manner.
