Movers looking for Local Charity

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Moving Company in Livermore is searching for a few select charities in need of moving services. Whether it is delivering a truckload of furniture or picking up a box of canned goods, they can help.

There has always been a strong initiative to give back to the community for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, which recently opened its doors to the Bay Area community at the beginning of the year.

In fact, “Giving Back to the Community” is one of the six Core Values of the company. The Core Values act as a foundation for the company and as a guideline for everyone from managers to movers, During training, every employee is taught about these values and why they are important to not only the customer but also for themselves and their customers.

This charitable Core Value can be seen in action at the Elk Grove and Sacramento locations. Each has performed acts of charity for years by helping out at the Elk Grove and Sacramento Food Banks. They are also involved with Make-a-Wish as well as the Sacramento Bee Book Drive.

Along with all of this, the entire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise system is involved with the American Cancer society. For every move that is completed, a $.10 donation is made to the charity. Since 2000, the company has donated a total of $249,237.00 and is continuing to make contributions every day.

Our newest location in Livermore looks forward to continuing the tradition.
