Mississauga Chiropractor Arranges The Wellness Run/Walk To Encourage Healthy Living

The Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run/Walk is a program arranged on the 23rd of March this year, to encourage Mississaugans to live a healthy and active life

Mississauga, Ontario (I-Newswire) March 13, 2013 - The Dynamic Chiropractic Centre at Mississauga has invited health and fitness enthusiasts to participate in the 'Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run/Walk' to be held on the 23rd of March, 2013. The run/walk shall start from 1020 Johnson's Lane Unit and shall cover the scenic views around Lakeshore Mississauga and the Jack Darling Park, at about 10.30 am.

Interested participants may register their names on the same day, at least fifteen minutes prior to commencement by paying $5 as registration fees. Winners shall receive half of these proceeds; the other half of this money goes to the Arthritis Society as donation.

Rules of the wellness run/walk are simple. "You have to predict your finish time and those who're closest to their predicted time shall be declared winners. But the catch here is that you can't wear a watch!" says the spokesperson for the chiropractic clinic in Mississauga.

They've also announced incentives for participations. "All participants get a complimentary 10 minute massage therapy session from the Clinic's Registered Massage Therapist in Mississauga besides holding Active Release Technique sessions," adds the spokesperson.

The Wellness Run/Walk is regularly arranged by the chiropractors in Mississauga to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. It's also an opportunity to get out and enjoy the scenic view that awaits participants. And for those planning a marathon, the program is a welcome practice session.
