Pilani is well known for the host of educational institutions as well as CSIR Laboratory CEERI as well as upcoming assembly centre for the prestigious Brahmos missiles project. The name Shridhar is synonymous with Lord Krishna the most globally well known avatar of Hindu God Vishnu.

Sarvhit Trust is a non – profit organization dedicated to the cause of social service, knowledge dissemination and upliftment of the youth of the world. Mr Vijay Pal Yadav, the dreamer and founder behind Shridhar University is a visionary whose mission to lead the university to become an international center of excellence in the field of education, by imparting quality education, training and innovative research with state of art infrastructure.

Mr Yadav who holds a BCom, MBA, LLB and LLM rose from indeed very humble beginnings through 16 years of UP State Government Services to take up construction work for the past 14 years and become a name to reckon with in the infrastructure development field. Mr Yadav derives his inspiration from the quote of Mahatma Gandhi “Be the Change you wish to see in the World.”

The MoU was signed on May 07, 2010 by Mr Vijay Pal Yaadav on behalf of Shridhar University and Professor Gregory Prastacos Rector on behalf of AUEB.

Further the Institute for Innovation in Science and Technology – IIST at Shridhar University aims at nurturing entrepreneurship. The Shridhar Technology Park will have certification programs by leading IT organizations of global repute which include Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Red Hat and EMC.

Spread over 60 acres area, the Shridhar University master plan envisages a School of Engineering and Technology; School of Business Studies and International Trade; School of Basic and Applied Sciences; School of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences; School of Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts and Fine Arts; School of Legal Studies and Governance; School of Education Technology; School of Medicine; School of Library Science and Information; School of Mass Communication and Media and a School of Oriental Sciences.
