Minimally Invasive SpineCARE® recently hired Dr. Christopher S. Chun - a fellowship-trained, interventional pain specialist - to lead its newest clinic, which opened May 24, 2013, in Arlington, Texas.
Online, June 29, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Minimally Invasive SpineCARE® recently hired Dr. Christopher S. Chun - a fellowship-trained, interventional pain specialist - to lead its newest clinic, which opened May 24, 2013, in Arlington, Texas. The clinic, located in suite 224 of the USMD Hospital, 801 West Interstate 20, is the 14th location for the nationally acclaimed, fully comprehensive spine center.

Before joining Minimally Invasive SpineCARE, Dr. Chun led the Huguley Center for Pain Management in Burleson, Texas, which he founded in 2009. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management and has more than 15 years of experience in the medical field. He is an authority on interventional pain procedures that address a wide variety of spinal disorders. In addition, Dr. Chun serves as a resource for and consultant to physicians across the country, training them on cutting-edge pain procedures.

Dr. Chun has roots in several areas of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He spent his formative years in Plano and Garland, Texas; as a doctor, he has cared for patients in Tarrant, Johnson and Dallas counties, concentrating in Fort Worth, Burleson and Dallas. He is fellowship-trained in interventional and multidisciplinary pain management through Loma Linda University School of Medicine and Medical Center in California, where he also completed his residency, internship and Doctorate of Medicine.
He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Texas Pain Society, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society.
