MindTree Provides CUPPS Certification Services to ARINC Inc.

(I-Newswire) December 8, 2009 - Bangalore, INDIA, December 08, 2009: MindTree Ltd., a global IT Solutions Company, today announced that it has provided CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems) certification services to ARINC Incorporated, helping the company qualify its vMUSETM passenger processing system. As one of the few companies in the world with the distinction of being a CUPPS Compliance Testing Entity (CTE), MindTree engaged with ARINC to conduct rigorous testing of vMUSE, to validate compliance with the CUPPS Technical Specification.

As a CTE, MindTree assists CUPPS platform vendors in certifying their products, while also providing validation services to the airline and airport applications that use those platforms. In addition, MindTree helps airlines switch their IT applications from CUTE (Common Use Terminal Equipment) to the CUPPS standard.
