McMillin Realty is proud to announce recent promotions from key contributors on their team to the positions of Vice President of Sales, Creative Director, and Director of McMillin U.

The new Vice President of Sales is Lupe L. Soto. Mrs. Soto has an accomplished 32 years of experience in the real estate industry as a practitioner and a leader in the development and growth of real estate professionals.
After working at various other major real estate companies, she has proudly been a manager at McMillin Realty since 2007. Mrs. Soto is an active participant with the California Association of Realtors, sitting on committees for Legal Affairs, Standard Forms, Ethics and Professionalism and Real Estate Business Services.

The position of Creative Director will now be filled by Loren Villalpando-Sanchez. Mrs. Villalpando-Sanchez has been working in the real estate industry for ten years. She has been a marketing coordinator at McMillin for two years, and has worked with two top producing agents. Mrs. Villalpando-Sanchez received her bachelor’s degree in Communication from SDSU.

Yvonne Cromer is now the Director of McMillin U, a comprehensive training program offered by McMillin. Mrs. Cromer began in Real Estate ten years ago as a loan officer and worked her way to become a part of a seasoned, top producing agent team. She believes that the training of McMillin U will bring the finest rising agents to join the McMillin legacy.
Yvonne Cromer is excited to see the fresh energy of the enrollees in the program. She looks forward to assisting and seeing the innovative talent prosper into impressive McMillin agents.
