Holly Eckert has joined the Dallas office of the Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing L.L.P.

Dallas (I-Newswire) December 11, 2012 - The Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is pleased to welcome Holly Eckert as an associate in the firm’s Dallas office.

Ms. Eckert’s practice is focused on providing efficient, effective counsel on issues involving divorce, complex property division, modification actions, enforcement actions, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and child custody matters. In addition to her courtroom work, she also represents clients in mediation proceedings.

Like all the attorneys at McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, Ms. Eckert knows that every client is unique and their Family Law concerns require an individual approach.

Ms. Eckert earned her law degree in 2006 from Texas Tech University School of Law after securing her undergraduate degree from Hardin-Simmons University in 2002. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation and the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court. She also serves on the board for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life for Richardson/Plano as sponsorship co-chair.
