Maxxis Launches Its First Community App With Propeller Mobile

Maxxis, one of the leading global tyre manufacturers, is launching its first community app with Propeller Mobile this month

London (I-Newswire) November 4, 2011 - Developed for Apple’s iPhone and iPad, the Maxxis app combines product and event information with customer engagement. In addition to featuring pictures and blogs of Maxxis’ pin-up Babes, it allows users to form a fan community by creating their own profiles, linking with social media and provides information about Maxxis tyre range and Maxxis sponsored teams and drivers.

It was designed and developed for Maxxis by Propeller Mobile, the mobile unit of London-based communications company Propeller Group.
Specifically the app provides users with:

• Tyre specifications and a customer service call back request
• The nearest Maxxis tyre retailer
• Exclusive updates on Maxxis-sponsored events, teams and drivers
• Maxxis’ calendar of performance/tuning shows
• Exclusive Maxxis’ Babes updates: pictures, videos, blogs and even the location of the girls throughout their shows in order for fans to chat with their favourite Babe.
