Tel 941.748.8087, announces a hands-on Sushi Class on Thursday, from 6pm. Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made online at www.mattisons.com or by calling 941.748.8087.

Chef Greg Campbell leads the class and guides you through this hands-on sushi session teaching sushi preparation encompassing a variety of sushi styles. Instruction themes also include learning how to cook rice to perfection, preparing sauces, selecting seafood, combining ingredients, and purchasing sushi equipment.

The price is $29.95 per person (plus tax and tip) and includes a complimentary rolling mat, instructional syllabus, and four-course meal: Edamame, Wakame Salad, Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll, and Fried Rice.
