Chef Paul Mattison, local celebrity chef at Mattison's in Sarasota hosts a cooking class and gourmet lunch series at Mattison's Forty-One, 7275 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231 telephone 941.921.3400.

The price is $35 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes a three-course lunch with wine and an informative cooking demonstration with recipes demonstrated and created by Chef Paul Mattison.

Slow Food Cooking Techniques Wednesday, March 27, 2013;
Secrets of a Kitchen Diva Wednesday, April 19, 2013

Chef Paul Mattison conducts a culinary adventure to Tuscany and the Italian Riviera from June 8-21, 2013.
