(I-Newswire) May 26, 2010 - SAN FRANCISCO, CA, May 26, 2010- Massive Black Inc., an industry leader in entertainment art production is pleased to announce that Christopher Hatala is its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Christopher Hatala will succeed Jason Manley, who departs Massive Black’s executive team to focus on further development and growth of ConceptArt.org and TheArtDepartment.org (TAD). Jason will continue to participate on the Board of Massive Black.

Christopher Hatala, one of the original Co-Founders of Massive Black, has been the company’s Animation Director since 2005. He brings to this role extensive experience from the Film & Entertainment Industries, having worked on Oscar winning feature films including Lord of the Rings Trilogy, King Kong and iRobot, as well as numerous blockbuster video game titles. Chris has been a regular contributor and speaker at major industry conferences worldwide, including GDC, ConceptArt.Org Workshops, Industry Giants, and at the Singapore Science Centre, Singapore.

In his role as President, Mr. Hatala will drive the strategy and continued development of Massive Black.
