MarketMakers Achieve ISO 9001 Accreditation and Renew Investors in People
With their eyes set firmly on the future and the continued growth of the business, it was decided that the time was right for MarketMakers to gain ISO 9001 certification and truly highlight their self-imposed high standards to the marketplace.
Online, September 19, 2013 (Newswire.com) - It has has been a very busy year for MarketMakers, the award-winning telemarketing agency based in Portsmouth. The ISO 9001 standard sets the benchmarking criteria for a quality management system for all areas of the business including facilities, people, training, services and equipment. The values covered by the certification include management principles such as a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
Having worked closely with assessors and fulfilled every requirement of ISO 9001, MarketMakers were recently given full certification and were delighted with the accreditation.

After completing all of the assessments in relation to communication; training and development; company values; employee benefits and management support; MarketMakers succeeded in being awarded the accolade for the third time.
