Online, March 9, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Dainik Bhaskar Digital Division has signed on Mandate Consulting as its creative agency. Mandate will be working on invigorating the creative course for a bouquet of news and content portal brands that currently have more than 400 million monthly page-views and 11 million unique visitors per month.
