Loyalist and LeanCor saw a need to help supply chain professionals overcome today's business challenges with high transportation and warehousing costs, quality and service concerns, process and product innovations, pending labor shortages, and other logistics issues.
The Lean Supply Chain - Optimizing Performance workshop can help professionals overcome these issues by providing:
