(I-Newswire) November 27, 2007 - Rick Meyer comes from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and Radnor, Pennsylvania High School. After vacationing here for over twenty years, Rick brought three generations of his family to the Grand Strand in 2004. He brings with him many years of sales and customer service experience from the printing and real estate industries, including the last three years in new home sales. Rick is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Rick and his family live in North Myrtle Beach.

Ed and Alice Thomasson were destined to live at the beach. They met in Myrtle Beach and were married in a fairytale wedding on Topsail Island. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Ed and Alice have an extensive background in business and marketing, new home sales and real estate investments.
