Honolulu, Hawaii – Norpac Fisheries Export, a leading seafood distributor for over 24 years in the community, extends Aloha to the mainland in support of cancer research. Their donation of signature fresh Bigeye Ahi will be featured at Tony’s Prostate Cancer Research’s 2011 Benefit “An Evening of Hope”. The event takes place on October 1st.

Houston Texas’ premier fine dining restaurant Masraff’s and Chef Dominic Juarez will showcase Norpac’s product to guests and patrons at the banquet. Founded by Masraff’s proprietor and cancer survivor Tony Masraff, this year’s event will feature a wine extravaganza, silent auction and golf tournament to benefit prostate cancer research.

An Evening of Hope will feature a wine tasting with samples from over 70 wineries worldwide. There will also be a live and silent auction (with many rare wines and some great international travel) and live performances by world renowned Art Explosion – Michael Ostaski. Chef Dominic will be extending his talent's as he crafts new innovations for Masraff’s incredible food selections.
