Programming and Public Engagement Initiative of the Council of Americana Roots Music in partnership with the Town of Livingston.
Love good music? Come to Downtown Livingston, Tennessee Saturday May 4th for a Free all day event. 10am-10pm. Headlining performance by Grammy Award winner and multi-instrumentalist Sam Bush. Other performance by: Hayes Carll, Eric Brace & Peter Cooper, The New Familiars, Doug & Telisha, Jay Clark, Wilder Mountain, and the New Familiars.
Enjoy a free yoga class, by Synergy Studio, beginning at 10am on the court house lawn. Stay and visit local shops, art vendors, eateries, and listen to a full day of live music. Bring the kids and grandparents, and enjoy a lovely spring day in the Tennessee sun.
Don't forget those those non-perishable food items for our local food dive.
Parking is $5 per car, or bring your recreational vehicle or camper, and camp in town overnight for only $10! Local hotels and campgrounds are also nearby.
Performances will broadcast live throughout the Upper Cumberland on local PBS affiliate WCTE. And, Sam Bush, the evening’s headliner, will be recorded as part of the national Jammin at Hippie Jack’s public television series.
Bring chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, flashlights, a hat, shades, warm weather cloths, cool weather cloths, and anything else you think you’ll need to enjoy a day in the country, but no pets please.

About Council of Americana Roots Music
The Council of Americana Roots Music (COARM), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, was created with More..the mission of preserving, presenting, and archiving music of original singer songwriters of Americana roots music. COARM produces a 16- episode annual series titles Jammin at Hippie Jack’s (JAHJ). JAHJ is a half-hour music television series dedicated to the preservation and presentation of original singer songwriters of historically significant forms of Americana grassroots music. JAHJ is currently distributed nationally by the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA) to public television stations and libraries across the country. Additionally, school systems across the country have free access to the complete series of JAHJ for use as a tool in music education.
