Little Dog Fashion Pet Boutique Announces Halloween Pet Costumes

Phoenix, AZ (I-Newswire) September 22, 2011 - Little Dog Fashion has clothed pets around the world for many years. Their pet clothing line includes designer dog clothes, beds, accessories and collars. This year, in addition to the company’s regular dog fashion line, Little Dog Fashion also included a line of twelve pet costumes for that special family member.

Back in spring of 2011, Little Dog Fashion’s in house designer Uta Brotherton started to work on her fall collection. “I received more and more requests from our loyal customers to please include Halloween costumes for their dogs in our fall collection”’ she says. “Many of our customers were tired of seeing the same old Halloween pet costumes produced overseas and asked for something different that was designed and made in the United States”, Uta continued.

So the new line was born. Little Dog Fashion company executives decided to go with twelve Halloween pet costume designs that are solely being sold on their website, their Etsy store and ArtFire studio.

One of the company’s most popular dog costumes this year is Dr. Seuss’ Thing1 - Thing 2 dog costume. This dog costume has been featured in many treasuries on Etsy and received the most hits on Facebook, Etsy and their website. “I was trying to give our customers not only a pet costume for Halloween but also pajamas that could be used after Halloween”, Uta says. “That is why our Thing 1-Thing 2 dog costume is a two piece costume”, she continued.

All of Little Dog Fashion pet costumes are made from fleece fabric and feature not only cartoon characters but also novelty ideas like a fried egg dog costume and a traffic sign dog Halloween costume. All of the costumes are modeled by Sophie, the little white Maltese girl and the company’s super model.
