Lionsgate To Preview Upcoming Films At SDCC 2013

Online, June 22, 2013 (Newswire.com) - LIONSGATE (NYSE: LGF), the leading next generation studio, announced today plans to preview new and upcoming films as part of a series of events at the 2013 "COMIC-CON" entertainment convention in San Diego, CA. The announcement was released today by SDCC in partnership with LIONSGATE.

A feature presentation for the LIONSGATE film THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE (released November 22, 2013) will be displayed during the convention, including the first full-length theatrical trailer. Stars from the film Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Sam Claflin will be on-hand to present the new material. More groundbreaking promotional events to be announced at a later date.

Other films ENDER'S GAME, ABEL and DIVERGENT will also be spotlighted in an exciting day of presentations, featuring trailers, teasers and cast/crew Q+A sessions with members of an invited crowd, containing representatives from around the world of entertainment journalists, reporters and commentators. Specific cast members and content of the presentations to be announced at a later date.
