Lincoln to Launch New Concierge Service

Lincoln Host is the official name of Lincoln’s new concierge service. Lincoln will be launching their new service in early 2013.

Plymouth, MI (I-Newswire) August 22, 2012 - Lincoln has announced the name of Lincoln Host for the new 24-hour concierge service that they will be offering to customers. Lincoln has decided to launch this service early next year to ensure that Lincoln customers will be receiving the same kind of pampering and luxury both online and in dealerships that they would receive in high end hotels.

Lincoln has enlisted the help of Les Clefs d’Or to design a program that would improve customer service. Les Clefs d’Or is the international association of hotel concierges and is working with Lincoln to design a curriculum for the Lincoln Academy.

The Lincoln Academy is one of two new services.

"Lincoln Academy is a training course on the finer aspects of hospitality and client service," said C.J. O'Donnell, Lincoln's marketing manager.

The second is the concierge service to customers. Lincoln Host will be staffed by representatives who will talk to shoppers by telephone or computer. They will be able to assist customers with finding vehicles in their area, arranging test drives, and providing pricing and feature comparisons.
