LifeCenter Plus Hosts Pilates Open House and Free Introduction Session to Reformer Pilates for Members and Non-Members

Pilates Instructor, Brigid DiPaolo, to Share Benefits and Pilates Instruction

Hudson, Ohio (I-Newswire) August 21, 2012 - LifeCenter Plus Health and Fitness Club will host a Pilates Open House on September 8 for the community. Members and non-members are invited to the complimentary event for an introduction to the benefits and instruction of Reformer and Mat Pilates.

“From a distance, Reformer Pilates can seem daunting,” said Brigid DiPaolo, Pilates Method Alliance Certified and LifeCenter Plus Pilates instructor. “At the open house, we’ll demonstrate how everyone can participate and benefit from Reformer Pilates by restoring movement and even reducing pain. It makes sense for everyone.”

The open house is on Saturday, September 8 in the Mind, Body, Soul studio at LifeCenter Plus, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Members and non-members who are currently not in the program are encouraged to attend.

Three complimentary introduction to Reformer Pilates sessions will be presented during the open house. Each 45 minute session will explain the fundamentals and benefits of Reformer Pilates. A special Reformer Pilates package will be available only at the open house. Another program package will be available from September 1 through September 15. DiPaolo is among an elite class of Pilates instructors, having earned the prestigious Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certification after completing 450 hours of training and mentoring, along with an exam. She is one of 25 PMA certified instructors in Ohio and one of only1,500 in the world.
