Libertarian candidates for Governor, Attorney General, Auditor, Treasurer, and Secretary of State holding interactive meetings in 7 major Ohio cities. First time since 1934 a third-party has had a full slate of statewide candidates in Ohio.

Ohio Libertarian Interactive Statewide Tour

Columbus - April 1, 2010 - Beginning Monday, April 19th, the statewide slate of candidates for the Libertarian Party will be conducting interactive meetings across the state of Ohio. Candidates participating will include: Ken Matesz - Governor, Marc Feldman - Attorney General, Mike Howard - Auditor, Matt Cantrell - Treasurer, and Charlie Earl - Secretary of State. Local Libertarian candidates will also be introduced and all candidates will be available for questions.

The tentative schedule for the O-LIST is as follows:
Monday, April 19th – 7:30PM - Cleveland area
Venue Location - 1511 E Aurora Rd, Macedonia, OH 44056
Tuesday April 20th – 7:30PM – Columbus area
Wednesday April 21st – 7:30PM – Youngstown area
Thursday April 22nd – 7:30PM – Toledo area
Venue Location – Perrysburg Knights of Columbus Hall, Graystone Banquet Hall, 29101 Hufford Road, Perrysburg, Ohio, 43351
Friday April 23rd – 7:30PM – Akron-Canton area
Saturday April 24th – 2:00PM – Cincinnati area
Saturday April 25th – 7:30PM – Dayton area
Venue Location – Enon VFW, 5075 Enon Xenia Road, Enon, Ohio, 45323
Sunday April 26th – 2:00PM – Athens area
Venue Location – Ohio University Campus, Morton Hall 201 (Corner of E. Mulberry and Van Vorhes)
Other venue locations and local candidates will be announced as they become available.

The purpose of this interactive tour is to let the voters of Ohio know that in these trying times there is meaningful choice that doesn’t include Democrats or Republicans – the parties that are responsible for the current crisis situations. This election year provides the voters of Ohio an opportunity for a brighter future, and a unique opportunity to change the status quo, because the Libertarian Party is the first third-party to have a full slate of statewide candidates in Ohio since 1934!
