Colorado Springs, CO (I-Newswire) November 30, 2010 - Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) and NAI Highland, LLC announced recently that they have been retained by a division of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. to liquidate a portfolio of ten condominiums at Poet Lofts in the Lowell Neighborhood of Colorado Springs, CO. The auction will be held on site at 201 E. Las Animas at 6PM, Tuesday, December 14.

Located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, Poet Lofts is conveniently situated near over 45 restaurants, major retail areas, Colorado College, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and other area attractions. There is immediate access to community parks and it is within walking distance of major employment and business areas, negating the need for Interstate commutes.
