Ravenswood Chiropractic Center located in Andersonville, Chicago presents Dr. Todd Renn to deliver a lecture on “Understanding Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity”.

(I-Newswire) April 19, 2010 - Chicago, IL – April 19, 2010 - On May 22nd 2010 at 2:00 P.M., Ravenswood Chiropractic and Wellness Center will present “Understanding Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity”. This lecture will be presented by Dr. Todd Renn, a Chiropractic Physician with extensive experience and training in science based nutrition.

The main topics to be discussed are: genetic/environmental factors, triggers, and signs and symptoms. Dr. Renn will discuss recommendations for screening, food allergy testing, and foods to avoid. He will also talk about supplementation options and resources for patients and family members who have Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity. The public is invited to attend this event, which will last approximately an hour and a half, followed by a question and answer session.
