LeadMaster APAC Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Sydney (I-Newswire) January 12, 2012 - LeadMaster, a leading CRM and Inside Sales Services company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announced today that Sócrates Jiménez has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jiménez will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Prior to his appointment to LeadMaster, Mr. Jiménez was a Consultant, including roles as CFO for emerging growth technology companies. Mr. Jiménez’s corporate experience includes executive management responsibilities at Aprisma Management technologies, a network management software company, as well as financial operations roles at Oracle Corporation.

Sócrates was a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital, Director at Pacific Crest Securities, Vice President at PaineWebber Incorporated as well as held investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch and Sutro & Co. With a primary focus on the software and internet sectors, Mr. Jiménez led and executed M&A, public and private offering as well as corporate finance advisory transactions.

Mr. Jiménez Sócrates has earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Stanford University.
