Bryan, Texas (I-Newswire) February 27, 2013 - Texas A&M University has now recieved notification that it is being charged with RICO statute violations as other claims that will end up taking Texas A&M off of the public financing program through the state of Texas for targeting white males.

Specifically there has been violation of rights and retaliation at Texas A&M University against graduate students in the Mays Business School.

A letter sent to the legal representation of Texas A&M documented the events that occurred in 2009 2010 and 2011. The University's reponse was to further escalate and retaliate placing holds on individuals´accounts, creating economic damages as well as violating RICO statutes. The groups legal has noted that there is a case here already and has prepared a different legal actions that can be taken to seek remedy. Further actions were in fact taken to complicate the completion the individuals´ graduate education at Texas A&M University which have resulted in additional litigation.

There has also been a omplaint filed with the US Dept of Education Office for Civil rights. The complaint included the actions taken by the University to remove individuals targeted for race and gender as well as the retaliatory actions taken by individuals after the fact. Furthermore it specified a series of skits run by university professors in an attempt to distort the perceptions of the white male and then diagnose him with psychosis shortly thereafter. Since then, the complaint has been amended to include additional bases of discrimination (Race and Gender). The Texas Attorney General as well as DHS and FBI have their actions in process as well here.
