That same year he was also admitted to the U. S. District Court of Maryland. Mr. Onifer achieved his undergraduate degree from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Maryland. Currently, Mr. Onifer is a member in good standing of numerous Bar Associations & Professional Organizations including: Maryland State Bar Association, MD Criminal Defense Attorney's Association, MD Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Onifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Cecil County Pregnancy Center.
