Sahrmila commented later when Babu became the CM he had instead put the burden of Electricity bill collection on village people. She said present CM Kiran too is following Babu in ruling. Sharmila blamed women are having to mortgauge their mangal sutras to pay the current bills.

Sharmila on Wednesday continued her walk in Macharla and Gurajala constituencies of Guntur district. She talked to the mirchi farmers at Petasanna Palem village and asked them various questions. She complained that when Jagan formed a party to help people, Congress had illegally sent him to jail.
