His reputation for outstanding customer service is one he richly deserves, according to John Joseph, branch manager at Prudential’s Green Valley office.

“Jack has always been dedicated to offering his best to absolutely everyone he meets,” said Joseph. “He is well educated about the market and shares his knowledge with his clients so that they can make a decision that is right for them. The ‘Customer Service Excellence’ program was developed to recognize the best in customer service in Southern Nevada. Anyone can be nominated and anyone can nominate. The program aims to encourage and reward superior service and customer care throughout the Las Vegas community. It was created and is managed by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).
