Las Vegas Litigation Attorneys Named Super Lawyers

Kennedy were named 2010 “Super Lawyers” for the third consecutive year and Joshua M. Dickey, a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2008 and 2009, received his first “Super Lawyers” distinction this year.

The three attorneys are among Nevada’s most renowned litigators. Bailey, the firm’s founder and managing shareholder, specializes in healthcare law and business litigation. Kennedy specializes in business litigation and professional liability and Dickey’s legal practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including disputes in such areas as commercial law, corporate law, business torts, and constitutional law. Kennedy is in his 35Th year of practicing law in Nevada. Bailey, a Las Vegas native, has been practicing for 25 years and Dickey has been practicing law for 12 years.
