Lambert Smith Hampton negotiate another letting at James Hall in St Ives

(I-Newswire) August 19, 2009 - Cambridge, England, 19 August 2009--Cambridgeshire's premier house builders Campbell Buchanan together with its investment partners Almaren plc and Campbell Melhuish & Buchanan Limited have acquired 8,150 sq ft of first floor office space at James Hall, St Ives.

For Campbell Buchanan this acquisition is the result of a relocation from their previous premises in St Neots.

Commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) acted on behalf of the landlord, Lexitron Limited in negotiating the lease of the premises.
