Lake Restoration has released RestoreAccess Ultra G, a lake weed control kit that eliminates submerged weeds near dock and swimming areas while removing muck and silt for a clean, sandy lake bottom.
Pond and lake weed control products and services provider Lake Restoration of Rogers, MN today announced that it has released a new version of its popular RestoreAccess lake weed control kit. Formally called RestoreAccess Ultra G, this new kit controls a wide range of aquatic weeds and algae around docks and swimming areas by combining the lake weed killing benefits of Hydrothol 191 with the muck and silt removal qualities of Lake Restoration's MUCKMAID product.
Hydrothol 191 granular herbicide is quickly absorbed by aquatic plants, allowing for effective weed control in small areas of large water bodies. A valuable tool in improving access to water for recreational activities such as swimming, fishing and water skiing, Hydrothol 191 is effective in muddy or murky water because it does not bind to sediment or organic matter.
Meanwhile, MUCKMAID reduces beach muck, silt and sludge nutrients that enable aquatic plants to grow. Its bacteria and enzymes consume organic matter, resulting in effective pond and lake beach [http://www.lakerestoration.com/c-65-muck-elimination.aspx] muck removal [/url] in as little as a few weeks. MUCKMAID provides beach areas with clear water and firm, sandy bottoms.
"We wanted to provide an effective and affordable kit for dock and swimming areas" says MaryJo Furman, Sales Manager LakeRestoration. "People want to enjoy the water with family and friends, and the Ultra G for under $100 is a great value."
RestoreAccess Ultra G is available in two sizes: 1,000 to 4,000 square feet for $84, and 4,000 to 16,000 square feet for $239. Extended Kits are available for later summer and fall months to ensure continued lake weed control.
