Lake Minnetonka Fishing guide Dan Jasper takes second place in his first tournament of 2011 on Lake Minnetonka.

Minnetonka (I-Newswire) June 14, 2011 - In the first tournament of the year on Lake Minnetonka, Dan Jasper places 2nd by focusing on post-spawn Largemouth Bass. Dan started working the inside weed lines using an All-Terrain Stick Bait. He used this slow presentation to catch the majority of his fish. Dan ended the tournament fishing a Rapala DT 6 on a rocky flat to cull one last time, giving him enough weight to secure second place. Dan is a fishing guide on Lake Minnetonka and other area lakes. "Spending time on the water is key to finding and catching fish this time of year", explains Dan Jasper.
