The Villa Mauresque Azur is made of 11 luxurious bedrooms in a private park of 2500m² with swimming pool, seafront spa center, and direct access to the private harbour.

“La Villa Mauresque” is one of the most extraordinary oases on this stretch of the coast. The rooms are sumptuously furnished and named after writers and painters. You can take a bath in the Rimbaud bathroom, armed with a pair of binoculars to spy on the super-yachts out to sea. Breakfast is served on a terrace at the water's edge and you can either spend the day in the gardens, oblivious to the razzmatazz beyond, or take advantage of its private port to go canoeing, windsurfing or scuba-diving.
“La Villa Mauresque” also owns a 97 foot yacht which clients rent to navigate on the Mediterranean coast. Having undergone a total refit in 2007, it was designed to accommodate up to 20 persons for an amazing cruise.

Changes on the Luxury Rental Market: Expansion of “Concierge Services”

The luxury rental market has changed a few years ago, with the development of a new concept: “Private Concierge Services”.

To respond to such demanding client needs, the Villa Mauresque has extended its offer by adding “Private Concierge Services”. “La Villa Mauresque is not only a villa rental, our clients are looking for high quality personalized services with highest discretion” comments Christophe San José.
This concept of private luxury services is not common in Europe while it is booming in North America and in the Middle East. “We are currently facing an internationalized competition, and this concierge services will become compulsory on our market in the next few years. Our clients are looking for unique and authentic villas that also deliver outstanding client services” adds Christophe San José.

The Villa Mauresque delivers core standard services in the rental package (VIP welcome, housekeeping...) but will promote its private concierge services with various “a la carte” items to fulfill client expectations.
From catering services with a private chef setting up daily menus served on the seafront or terrace, from babysitting services, or providing jet ski for client entertainment or organizing taxi-boat rental to access Cannes and St Tropez in less than 30 minutes, the basis is really simple: “we need to be able to satisfy all client needs during their vacations with the highest discretion” indicates Sylvain Ceccoto. “Some requests are unusual. One movie actor asked to decorate the villa to shock his wife for their 20 years anniversary. The objective was to organise and embellish the villa as the original place of their wedding: all guests had to dress as if it were 20 years ago.”

Such luxury rental market is characterised by one concept: discretion. The Villa Mauresque never mentions information regarding their client but indicate: “Movie producers, sportsmen, singers or businessmen with their family, we have a large scope of guests that appreciate the Villa Mauresque’s privacy” points out Sylvain Ceccoto.
