Key-Systems Is ICANN Accredited Registrar For 10 Years

Leesburg, VA (I-Newswire) October 18, 2010 - Just after the liberalization of the international domain extensions in October 2000, Key-Systems was accepted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) as an official registrar. Currently, Key-Systems is the second largest ICANN registrar in Europe. The global comparison shows the company ranked on position 12.

After the liberalization of the delegation process for generic domains in the fall of 1999, Key-Systems was one of the first registrars in Germany who successfully received an ICANN accreditation in 2000. However, the company must have an additional accreditation at the respective registry for the TLD.
