Formerly the Metropolitan Jewish Geriatric Center, the Boro Park Center is currently administrated by David Greenberg and provides short-term care, long-term care, and rehabilitation.

A 354-bed facility, the Boro Park Center is located at 4915 10th Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y. within walking distance of the D and N Subway lines. The facility is also across the street from the Maimonides Medical Center, a 705-bed non-profit hospital, for any immediate medical emergencies.
