Ken Mueller, Former CFO of Microsoft Business Solutions, Joins SharkPro Software Advisory Board

Houston (I-Newswire) March 29, 2011 - SharkPro Software Corporation today announced that veteran business operations executive Ken Mueller has joined the SharkPro Advisory Board.

Ken Mueller has over 25 years of senior finance, accounting, and strategic planning experience in high growth tech start-up, private, and public companies in domestic and global markets. He also has extensive experience developing and implementing US and International Shared Service Centers (Accounting, Tax, Payables, Billing, Payroll, HR, Customer Relationship, and Technology) for several global companies including Microsoft, Apple, Platinum technology, Divine, and Galileo International.

Mueller held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Business Solutions, (now Microsoft Dynamics) a $700 million business unit. During his tenure with Microsoft Business Solutions, Mueller led the effort to build out the worldwide finance organization, completed the integration of two businesses, and helped relocate a new finance Shared Service Center to Fargo, N.D. In addition, he helped build two start-up companies including FiNetrics, a Shared Service Center with a new SaaS product using SAP and Microsoft .NET products.

Mueller has experience in developing the financial infrastructure and discipline to support start-up companies growing from zero revenue to $200 million and midsized companies from $200 million in revenue to a billion. He has experience driving the strategy, infrastructure for growth, and exit strategies for several private and public companies, managing and implementing leading edge technology, and a leadership role in closing 75 US and International mergers and acquisitions.
