Kelliher & Salzer Welcomes Two New Hires

Kelliher & Salzer, LLC welcomes Jeff Paklovitz and Nicole Lacoste Folks to its staff.

Columbia, MD (I-Newswire) August 8, 2012 - Kelliher & Salzer, LLC, welcomes two new attorneys to its staff. Both will be practicing at the Columbia, MD location.

Jeff Palkovitz joins Kelliher & Salzer as Of Counsel with thirty years of experience in real estate, corporate, and commercial financing law. Mr. Palkovitz graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was an executive editor of the Law Review. He previously practiced with Miles & Stockbridge in Baltimore, Maryland, and at The Rouse Company where he was Vice-President and Associate General Counsel. Following General Growth Properties’ purchase of The Rouse Company, and General Growth’s spin off of The Howard Hughes Corporation, he practiced with those companies, ultimately serving as Deputy General Counsel for Howard Hughes.

Nicole M. Lacoste Folks joins Kelliher & Salzer as Of Counsel, where she will continue her real estate, land use, and zoning law practice, as well a focus on economic development and tax credit matters. Ms. Folks is currently an officer in the Maryland State Bar Association Real Property Section and also serves as an adjunct professor at University of Maryland School of Law teaching "Real Estate Drafting & Negotiations."
