Dave Watson joins KBE Building Corporation as Chief Estimator. He graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Watson’s construction experience is very extensive, having previously worked as an Estimating Manager, Senior Estimator, Chief Estimator, Director of Pre-Construction, and Vice President of Estimating at many other companies. He also previously owned his own general contracting business.

As Chief Estimator for KBE Building Corporation, Mr. Watson is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the major estimating functions for KBE Building Corporation’s Northeast region. This includes administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary, and performance reviews, as well as developing and implementing all department standards and procedures.
