KBE is also currently renovating a Federal Aviation Administration facility in New York, and its recent $54 million Armed Forces Reserve Center project in Middletown, CT has won several prestigious industry awards, as well as accolades from the client.

"These recent project awards underscore the strong relationships we have been building with the federal government and military contracting community over the years," said Mike Kolakowski, President and CEO of KBE Building Corporation. "Our team is thrilled to continue strengthening those connections with this Naval project in Annapolis."

The project will be managed through KBE's Mid-Atlantic office, located in Columbia, MD. Construction is anticipated to commence this fall and is scheduled for completion in spring 2014.
