The resulting trickle-down effect shapes the industry as a whole,” Torres remarked. “I’m always excited to be a part of this kind of discussion.”
The Chicago Association of Litigation Support Managers is an advocate for the development of litigation support management techniques, and a primary educational resource for members. CALSM seeks to further the understanding of litigation support technology and services, encourage the highest levels of professionalism and technical competence within the Membership, and provide a forum where members can exchange personal viewpoints and experiences relating to the profession of litigation support.
