Join Howland Place Fitness Center Monday, February 22nd for a Class-a-Thon to Benefit the Shepherd’s Pantry in Acushnet, MA

Come join us as we support the mission of this local community organization by helping to restock it's shelves with needed food supplies.

(I-Newswire) February 14, 2010 - Howland Place Fitness Center is sponsoring a Class-a-Thon to help the Shepherd’s Pantry of Acushnet, MA restock their shelves. The Shepherd's Pantry was formed in 2000 in a joint effort to help feed the hungry in the general Fairhaven area. They now serve an average of 100 people per week, not only from Fairhaven and New Bedford, but also from as far away as Taunton and Fall River, Marion, Acushnet, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Lakeville and Freetown.

The Class-a-thon will be held Monday, February 22nd ~ 5PM – 8PM

Participants donate $5 a class or $20 for all six classes. All proceeds will go to the Shepherd’s Pantry.

Following is the Class line up:

5:00 - 5:30 Winter Wake Up with Kim F.

5:30 – 6:00 Cardio Butts & Gutts with Dawn

6:00 – 6:30 Kickboxing with Julie

6:30 – 7:00 Hollywood Workout with Jeff

7:00 – 7:30 Zumba® with Dawn

7:30 – 8:00 Cycling with Kim R.
