Johannesburg International Motor Shows

Johannesburg (I-Newswire) October 2, 2011 - This year the Johannesburg International Motor Show is going to be the place to be. The Johannesburg International Motor Show is the premier Automotive event in South Africa. The show showcase all the leading motor manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry in South Africa.

The International Motor Show takes place every second year at the Nasrec Conventional Center. In 2010 the International Motor Show did not take place. The Motor Show needed to take the backseat to the Fifa Soccer World Cup which were held in South Africa at the time.

This were no problem and most South African's did not care at the time. However many are now counting the days for the auto show to start. This year however the International Motor Show is taking place at the same time as the Rugby World Cup. Supporters will be thrill to know that the organizers at the event have created one of the biggest supporters areas in South Africa, from where they can watch the rugby.

Instead of sitting at home and watching the rugby we recommend that all rugby and motor enthuisiast go to the Johannesburg International Motor Show, and let us there support our favorite rugby teams in the thousands!

What can visitors to the Johannesburg International Motor Show expect from this years show?

Again some of the leading automotive companies in South Africa are showcasing their cars, trucks and bikes at the show. There is also the 4x4 Track Area where you will be able to see your dream 4x4 in action.

The show also have an off-road racing area where you can see some rally cars in action. The show also features the Truck and Buss show, where you will be able to view some of the giants on the road. The Auto Part and Gadget area showcase some of the industry leading technologies and innovation, some of which you do not see everyday if you are not in the motor industry.

For the Bike and Motorcycle lovers, the Johannesburg International Motor Show have all the latest motorcycles, gear and accessories.

In short this years Johannesburg Motor Show is going to be the place to be between the 8th October and the 16th of October 2011.
