Resume attachments are opened automatically (without download) in a preview pane on the same page, enabling employers to view applicants faster and more effectively. Different document formats are accessible by this new feature.

Import Resumes in Multiple Formats

Employers can import resumes in a variety of document formats, including image and text files such as PDF and PPT. This allows consolidation of applicants from different channels into a single system for processing.

Private Applicant Database

Using the comprehensive search engine, employers can locate candidates from a particular job, a folder or from its private applicant database, within a specified period of application.

Customizable Folders

Different jobs and applicants can be allocated to customised folders. Favourite folders can also be assigned for faster viewing of information.

Customizable Display Format

Adjustable panes, selectable tables, scores, multiple statuses for jobs and folders, and comprehensive filters enable tailored information to be displayed all under one page. Selecting applicants has never been so easy!
