The Campaign is targeted at students of secondary school where need for strengthening the foundation for English language is very important. The campaign is structured to make students aware of their current English Communication level and then help them improve their weak points. "In a country like India that is a house to multiple regional languages, English is slowly becoming lingua franca of our nation. Being mother-tongue to none it requires teaching for one and all in our country and hence, it is important to strengthen its roots at a very early age. Exams like CASEC will definitely help Indians bring their English communication skills at par with other global nations. We were happy with the overwhelming response from the schools and are looking forward to greater reach in the second round to be launched soon", said Mr. Shwetank Upadhyaya, CEO at JIEM India.

Over 4000 students wrote CASEC to assess their knowledge of English language communication. These were from Apte School, DES English School, Vidya Vardhini School and Shanu Patel School from Pune and The Oxford CBSE School, Bangalore Scottish School, Nalandha English School, R V Public School from Bangalore. Varad Junnarkar from D.E.S. Secondary School, Pune topped with a grade of AA.
