However, due to the wide range of devices being used, hands-free audio quality can be sub-par. During a vChat participants can tolerate a wide range of video issues, but poor voice quality— eg; noise, acoustic echo, howling -- can cause the conversation to become a frustrating experience.

SoliCall Pro is a PC based software using a virtual device driver technique that is easy to download, install and use. It effectively improves hands-free call quality by reducing noise, cancelling acoustic echo and eliminating howling.

Jell selected SoliCall Pro to address hands-free audio issues on PCs with inadequate audio software drivers.
