Jeanne Conger Joins J Forrest Group as National Sales Coach

In her new role, Jeanne Conger will focus on new home and design center sales professionals

Houston (I-Newswire) October 6, 2011 - J Forrest Group, one of the nation’s leading new home sales training companies, is pleased to announce that Jeanne Conger has joined the firm as National Sales Coach. Based in Houston, Conger will partner one-on-one with new home sales professionals and leaders to solve the challenges that come with an ever-changing housing market. Jeanne will focus on turning around laggard communities, helping sales professionals generate traffic, providing hiring consulting for sales managers, and coaching design center sales teams.

In her role, Conger will expand J Forrest Group’s Leadership Selling program to design center sales teams. She will also supervise reports, systems, compensation, and diagnostic tools. Conger will also focus on bolstering sales and sales processes at troubled communities.

With more than 25 years in the industry; experience with public and private builders; and over 900 hours of real estate courses under her belt, Jeanne Conger is an industry veteran. Prior to joining J Forrest Group, Conger was Vice President of Sales at Meritage Homes. Before that, she was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Design Studio for KB Homes and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at History Maker Homes. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and through the organization, a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Green Professional (CGP). She is an Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS), a Texas real estate broker and a member of the Greater Houston Builder’s Association.
