Jay Forrest is a longtime student of Zen and a practitioner of vipassana meditation. He has been described as an open-minded, politically incorrect Buddhist. The Jay Forrest Show aims to share the Buddha’s wisdom as it applies to life in today’s world. Jay want to help listeners think critically and live mindfully in a world of delusion.
